These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BLOKKA's services, platforms and websites. By using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Service: the products, websites and applications provided by BLOKKA.
- User: any person using the Service.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms presented during use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. User Content and Licence
When you upload or submit content you retain ownership, but grant BLOKKA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, display and distribute the content as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Payments and Billing
Paid features require valid payment methods. You are responsible for timely payment. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid features.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers (payment processors, hosting, etc.). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
8. Intellectual Property
All BLOKKA branding, software and content are owned by BLOKKA. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to ensure reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLOKKA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational reasons. You may close your account at any time; some data may remain where required for legal or legitimate business purposes.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated and the revised date updated above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
